It WAS in an Investment report to me from Axiom and it was also in a report to the ASX or parts of it to the ASX....I received a complete report as an institutional investor.
Incor have always maintained a commitment to any future funding , their decision to convert cover notes to equity was away in which they had a stronger position ...as the convertible notes if you remember were unsecured.
