Incor will not re-issue a convertible note. They just cancelled their convertible note.
If someone cancels funding it is highly unlikely they will be back with new funding. It was cancelled for a reason.

The pre-payment is subject to Axiom actually being able to produce. Nobody buys anything without being certain they will actually receive what they bought. Makes sense?
