I do hope Erb chooses the right way to finance this through convertible debt which will minimize dilution.

to have a traditional capital raise at these levels or lower would be very bad and wrong especially when we were in a much higher price range before the end of the year.

either way , the stock wont improve unless there is progress on the financial front.

but to leave the stock for dead at $5 $3 is one thing but to let it rot when its 50 cents isnt good. you want to entice new shareholders and build credibility. not the opposite.
