The mere fact that no directors or management buying at half a dollar shows that things aren't good.
The fact that the short position is 800-900k at $0.5 is also a dangerous sign.
Simply. the company didnt raise at 3s or 2s , and now are in the position to raise at half a dollar or less.
Basically they fkd us over. Not impressed with management or the way things are being handled.
