I Agree with you but as usual there's a murkier aspect to this, exercising HF patients has been trialed , there wouldn't be a C-Pulse if it worked. Back to overloading an already overloaded heart in a poorly functioning circulatory system doesn't work. You could think that these patients are able to exercise and improve due to a placebo effect however the totality of the data says significant changes are happening and the on off data is futher confirming this and giving a reason for the changes.
