I don't understand why people are throwing more and more money into a company which is in a more and more alarming and uncertain situation every day.
I can see the comparison between this and DSH. Seperate companies and industries, sure. But growing warning signs and people somehow convinced it's all ok and they'll be worth $8 in a year... you have to be kidding.
Goodwill is shattered = who would deal with them? = where is your tens or hundreds of millions of profit that are so certain to back up the ridiculous figures?
People were saying the same about DSH. I was mocked for suggesting the stores were nearly empty (the ones I went into were!). 'Why don't you buy JBH and stop posting?'
There are plenty more sheisters out there and if I was a customer I don't know why I'd go to this pack if I could see that they can't even run their own business. Other lawyers, accountants and banks are circling them. How can there be some unexpected good news that will skyrocket this one? It basically can't happen.
Some people need to learn to master year 12 trading psychology before being allowed to put their houses behind things. I have seen far too many examples in the last year of 'you only lose when you sell'. That's true if you have a put option with a strike price at the same price you bought the shares, otherwise you are as bad as someone who just saved their first $2000 and put it on a penny miner because old mate taxi driver told them it was about to skyrocket. No plan = plan to fail.
I might be fairly new to trading but my philosophy of putting money into things which are going up instead of going down has made me a triple digit return on my capital this financial year. So unless you hate money, think about whether you prefer 100% loss or less than 100%. Biting the bullet is hard but I stopped losing money at around the same time as I learned how to sigh and press the sell button before it got any worse.
