re: time to buy .....yes Might be a safe haven, with the volatility associated with commondity stocks and the DOW at the moment. VCR tends not to mirror the general direction of the ASX. I feel a lot better buying VCR at these levels, rather than the PDN and OXR's of this world. I am sure value will emerge in these stocks in the short term, but for me they are too risky at the moment.
