my personal opinion ......
There is a very strong resistance at $5.30-5.40 that SP failed 3 times to break it.
so I am looking this level as the peak. If breaks with a solid volume, then we will see SP at $7 again.
for the bottom?
Perhaps this could be the bottom.
We only seen AMP RSI monthly chart at this low (=RSI 18+) during Feb 2009 which is exactly 10 years ago.
