when to buy

Hi Friends after years of holding at a huge loss of $ 60,000 I have sold out now @.029 ouch ! I do want to buy back in and would value any thoughts you might have as to when would be the best time . I have been expecting to see a heavy tax sell off coming as I can't be the only mug caught up in this . So should I wait a few weeks and see what happens or jump back in now. I know this has been a long and painful experience for a lot of us and I do hope we can have a better future together . best wishes to all and thanks for your thoughts. Regards Roy.
