Am looking at picking up some OXR, would it make more sense to buy now or pick up once ZFX and OXR merge, what are the mechanics of the merger, will it be called oxr whereby zfx shareholders just take OXR scrip for their ZFX holdings, therefore for existing oxr shareholders nothing much changes to their holding, or is it something different altogether, havent spend much time looking into it?????
