Good luck d-richardo. To qualify my earlier observation- If you plan on holding them long term, it won't matter much if you buy them at $3.33 or $3.00 in the end, so my approach with this category of stock (such as OXR, PNA, etc) is to avoid the desire to "over-finesse" the exercise too much. The main thing is to get into the game and just batten down the hatches if there are periods of underpeformance. OXR is worth $3.33 forever.
