How can u paint all housing with the same brush?

Are shares going to rise or fall this year?

Its like saying every AFL team will finish bottom this year.

House prices may fall in some areas.

Perhaps more fall than not.....who knows.....more to the point....who cares?

Every year there are areas that fall.....and rise.

I must have been told 100 times the housing market would crash by 20 or 30% last year......it simply didnt....fact.

If housing falls you have more choices as a buyer....simple as that.


.....or do nothing and get 3-4% p.a at your local bank
