disgraceful that the board pushed back on the IGO offer so aggressively. Yes it was highly conditional, IGO would be doing their own shareholders a disservice if they didn't leave themselves enough room to conduct dd and walk away if it didn't suit.

But the PAN board fought it kicking and screaming doing everything they could to convince shareholders it was a bad deal and they could deliver more value. But not before convincing shareholder to put the hand in their pockets again at 30c
