If they put you on hold a long time, and you notice the music playing while you're waiting on hold is something like this - SELL
If they answer straight away - and Investor Relations says all is fine, well then you don't have anything to worry about
Small retail tends to go down with ship:
- don't set stop losses
- great many people don't manage portfolios on daily, or even monthly basis, so get caught out
- irrational confirmation bias post-investment means always expecting good news (the stock becomes like a footy team to support)
- or just rabbits in headlights
