One could almost say this is down to which shareholders Prana gives "preferential treatment". If the announcement isn't what we've all been hoping for I'd certainly hope for the ASX to have a go at it first. An announcement should have been drafted by now. I do not see a reason to wait and release it after ASX close today other than to give US investors "preferential treatment". If it comes out tomorrow morning then so be it.

They would have had a pre-drafted announcement sitting there. There were only a handful of outcomes and it is a one pager document. So they are definitely trying to achieve something with the time of release rather than just announcing what had to be said.
