I don't think the announcement will come out until after close today or just before opening tomorrow. I don't think anyone (at PRANA) is sitting on their hands worrying about if the ASX or NASDAQ will open first as both will be turbulent irrespective of the report. I'm sure there will be various discussions going on within PRANA as to how and what to announce
