Announcements are funny things, sometimes you think a great one will make the sp rise yet the market may perceive it differently or perhaps there are bigger fish out there manipulating share prices.
It's hard to know, for me it's about looking at a decent company with good management selling a product that has demand. In the med to long term these companies should do well
