Dear Russell,

I am requesting my first chart.

Any chance of posting a chart for UXC.

I think this sort of situation is when TA may come in handy.

At $1.90, the share price is falling into 2008 low PE ratio of 11.8 and high dividend yield of 8%, therefore it is in the buy range.

However, today's volume is higher than previous two days of selling and the share price is still on a downtrend.

How does one pick when the downtrend ends?
