Why does ANS need to go into a trading halt for years every time they are trying to seal a deal.Other companies manage to continue with trading whilst wheeling and dealing. Can anyone explain to me the difference. Is it so investors cant take their money and go elsewhere? An ANS basically have an interest free loan locked in at 0% interest ! Do they choose the trading halt or is imposed by ASIC
