I think this TH was at the request of ANS. It obviously takes time to do IO deals of this magnitude. It's unfortunate, but that's the game. You either end up with multiples of your investment (at a later date) or the adverse outcome, earning zero ROI during the TH and nothing at the end. Except perhaps for some tax benefit....
