    I was wrong. (Now there is a sentence you don't often see on Hotcopper.) It was not the quarterly. So what is it? Educated guesses welcome. An educated reward holder who does not post has suggested to me it is merely price manipulation ahead of capital raising at 40 cents. This is the most detrimental thing I can think of. Interested in your thoughts.
