Bit different that was just ViV in the aortic valve this was a ViV in both the aortic and mitral valve. Did a bit of google the other night pretty interesting procedure, they go through the aortic valve and invert the replacement valve in the heart to get it into the mitral valve space, our valve would be good for this with it's good properties in small anuli spaces.
