When was CTNs 6%pa Dividend Policy cancelled?

Perhaps I may also ask when the CTN board intended to advise its shareholders and the market that IF it has abandoned it's 6%pa Dividend Policy? Another question is that if it has, why it is maintaining what could be construed as misleading statements as to its Dividend Policy on its website?

Mate, they brag about how supposedly "CTN Retains “Recommended Plus” Rating", but when i click the IIR report link, on the very first page of the report it clearly says "Rating Under Review". This is both funny and sad at the same time, are these people deluded or what :-\
