the latest excuse is that the financial eoy report has not been done so they are saying the asx wont let them release the independent report to shareholders until that is done, ive looked at asx rules and cant find their latest excuse. I also cant see why the independent report cant be sent to shareholders seperately to the asx anyway, it is supposed to be sorted by mid march so another month which will be 9 months unlisted, lets hope the new board is a bit brighter than the last lot!
