    possibly the independent expert needs the eoy report to have some confidence of future existence of the company, some guidance on backing $$$$$.
    As to the Directors on the board they will be self appointed with no choice - there is one proposed that we know of at this time and I hope possibly beyond hope that ASIC go through him like a dose of salts!
