I heard we are waiting on Australian environmental permit. This appears to be a formality (not a fight like Malaysia). Should be any time now based on announcements.
Theoretically, we could sell concentrate to Neo Materials or someone like that. But honestly, if that happened it would be a bad sign. The plan has been to get the concentrator stockpiling concentrate so we have concentrate ready for the LAMP when we start processing. This stock piling is designed to reduce bottle necks in the production process.
Lynas selling concentrate to me would be like Moly buying an Estonian processor instead of completing the Phoenix Project. It suggests the possibility of delays.
