Something must be up, it's up 7% today so far, sitting at .058. Guess the 4C would explain that...
Isn't it the usual for it to go up on anticipation and back down again on the news, even if it's good news?
time will tell but given that's my impression of the norm, so up to .06 and back to .055 by days end....
