Don't understand why AMP should get less for Collimate if Dexus doesn't win the round against Mirvac. Who would sign such an agreement. The result is totally dependent on the reputation of Mirvac and Dexus, AMP has nothing to do with it. They should have not sold Collimate and taken their chances on the service they provide. If AMP lost the rights they would have no one to blame but themselves. I think the AMP board just keep making amateur mistakes.When I sold my accounting practice, the buyer said he only wanted to pay for the clients that stayed with him over a two year period. I said get stuffed, the value of my practice should not be dependent on your ability and reputation. If I would have agreed it would smack of desperation.
