actually, i would disagree, depending on the terms.
So, imagine AMP Capital, being thrown under the bus of late, is now having parties interested in JV/Partnerships agreements in order for them to be a part of certain assets within AMP Capital.
This is a good thing.
Its showing the market that AMP Capital is such a jewel that parties a chomping at the bit to be a part of it.
And, and I hate beginning sentences with and, we will be the party that wins from these JV/Partnerships.
I have a very good feeling about this.
For once, and I also hate beginning sentences with 'for', we may have a board that is negotiating on our behalf positively.
Let us see.
