Only a bad manager blames their predecesor for the problems you are having. Alexis needs to get on with the job with announced successes every step of the way. Haven't seen it as yet, but hopefully it will start coming. When Francesco was CEO, I thought he was a poor choice for CEO, and the SP would motor ahead because AMP was such a juggernaut. I was wrong, it is a juggernaut, but without proper steering it will run off the road and down the hill fast.
