Provisions are low, are supported by robust actuarial forecasting, and are predicated on worst case scenario.
Everything I have read supports my view that this case is NOT REAL in any material sense.
It is being brought by vexatious financial planners who simply could not deliver the moral, ethical and technical demands that AMP now requires.
The case is NOT REAL and will be settled out of court for a PITTANCE. Plaintiff will pay costs.
