what this article outlines as an issue is what I cannot believe has happened. The fact that AMP had no other strategy for AMP Capital ready to go in the event ARES walk away has really shaken my view on the AMP Board. How could they have no other strategy? A small time Board member would know that you need to have back up plans, how did Debra and the other members not discuss a back up strategy?
These guys are novice. They have a couple weeks tops to make something happen.
This is bloody highway robbery of the value of AMP.
