anyone know whether selling AMP Life will mean also transferring AMP Life shareholdings to Resolution. Google AMP Life Top 20 Shareholders and find out how many companies AMP Life is on their Top 20 Registry. AMP Life is on Top 20 of TLS and WES and many others, no wonder Resolution is willing to pay $3B. This is a real bargain to them.
