I seriously doubt that there is a suitor for AMP. While the cash is attractive and AMP Capitol is an attractive asset, it is in reality dependent upon the Wealth business for $2 of every $3 it manages. The Wealth business has not reached bottom and the outflows have not stabilised. Fees are in decline as the reality of a competitive market place is pushing prices down.
