I know a few ex AMP staffers and they all say the same thing. The big problem with AMP is that they have quite a few long term managers who rule the roost. These managers have risen over a long time and they protect their territory rather than grow the business. This has resulted in a culture of bullying. The adviser network tells me the same thing. THe managers are all just protecting their territory as opposed to getting things done. Anyone who makes a noise about anything that is wrong gets attacked.
