With the latest news out I think ferarri has failed. He has been there long enough to sort things out, but issues are still arising. Sale of the life business should not be heralded as a wonderful achievement. The idea that financial advice is open to everyone is not the answer. I remember a number of years ago, say 20, AMP insurance sales agents were starting to give financial advice, as if they knew something. Now most australians who have money like to look after their own money. Those australians who have very little, are not going to be a source of income. This especially true with the new covid economy. That said I think the SP is underrated, and will increase in the near future. Never will it get to three dollars, but I think $2.00 is a fair value, and if taken over at leasr $2.20.
