One you have annoyed the punters, they tend to remember. The AMP brand damage will not magically disappear overnight. I was only a customer briefly years ago but remember it. I remember overhearing a colleague having a phone call with AMP years ago too.
But, I shouldnt be posting here, might become one of those troll people that we all despise.
