Most shorting happens by the instos.
The algos go short and long, and play daily, weekly and monthly trends.
With relation to AMP, I have taken a much larger position that I first thought I would due to the intrinsic value being more than what the SP represents.
For me, this is 'almost' a no brainer. However my average buy is not far away from the current SP.
