I have two conflicting sources. One (Fintechfutures.com) says the final offer by FNZ was £2.15 (i.e. over $4 AUD). Another (AFR) has the $3.85.
Either way, the point is that Bravura increased it's offer for GBST twice before any other bidders came onto the scene.
