That old chestnut.
For those that haven't followed this , Primer and others , hopefully just thru ignorance , conflate the contingencies for BOLR[ this is just the year in , year out management of the mismatches that occurred with BOLR] in the annual accounts with the court cases .
This is not the case.
In fact , the accounts [in the auditors notes from memory] specifically rule out the inclusion of any potential liabilities from ongoing litigation [ if you think about , that makes sense , you dont signal to someone suing you how much you expect to pay] .
Time to put your hand back where it usually is Primer.
