The I read it AMP planners were given a subset of portfolios to manage. If the planner did their diligence and found they were charging fees where they were not supposed to.
A) Did they just keep collecting fees
B) Did they advise AMP
C) Did they attempt to mitigate the situation
D) Did they return those customers to AMP and ask for alternate customers
Lots to look at here, AMP paid up for the mismanagement of the customer fees, they then put it back onto the planners
