The total cost for Bolr case is some where between
1) number of businesses in class action X 2.5 revenue and
2) number of businesses in class action x 4 revenue.
As the case has been dragged on for 2 years, I suspected that the number of advisors/businesses hanging onto this class action has dropped and probably insignificant. Most would likely to take Amp deal and move on, others probably merged with the bigger businesses.
