amp had its day in court !!
lexi has changed the whole bolr process now ,by stopping buyback of clients registrar .so when a advisor leaves they can take their clients with them .
as for the class action lawsuit .we will find out soon enough .outcome pending .
the other lawsuit against AMP .will start in around six weeks time .(shareholders class action ).
