Years of poor managment were exposed during the Royal Commission and from that point onwards the fate of AMP has been sealed. The BOLR class action is just another failure along the path of demise as AMP marches headlong into its ultimate end.

The board and management have been telling us for 5 years that they are re-setting, preparing for recovery and creating a "leaner" organization. They know there is no hope, they just want to keep the gravy train rolling for as long as possible.

• Went to war with their advisers and, lost!
• Sold of pretty much anything of value
• Purchased the shares back on market
