yes I am wondering if there potential impacts or costs outside the class action. For example, can advisers who were not part of the class action but got screwed out of money owed but signed some type of consent now Come back after amp based on the judgement that amp had no right to do what they did.

I am also curious about what amp will now do with their licensee arm. They have said they want to develop it and make it profitable but on the other hand they have given signals about simplified product linked advice. And I think that the chances of amp making their licensee business profitable is like me winning powerball.

I have my money on them getting out of licensee services. This has been their only consistent strategy. If it is difficult, then sell it. Even if others are able to make money from the business. Life? Plenty of smaller non global fund managers. The problem is not the business. It is amp’s incompetence.
