My feeling is that they will make an out of court settlement on the BOLR, and also that sufficient provision has been made in the accounts. But if I was a financial planner, I don't think I would want to be on the wrong side of AMP, and who knows what other informal black list you might get on with other wealth management companies. Non disclosure would be an essential part of any settlement and this will to the advantage of AMP. It will serve to reduce the settlement figure as well.
