There is , unfortunately , a bit more to it than the economic changes. When you read the bolr contracts again, as I am sure everybody has, check out the bits on consultation.
AMP will need to show that the changes they made were proportionate, and they followed the correct procedures when making any changes.
They will need to do both to win.
4 week hearing for later in 2022.
Despite Primer's sad little protests, I think you will find that AMP will wish to lay this all to rest earlier than that.
So June mediation may well be settlement time to facilitate the demerger.
I have no idea what is happening with the other outstanding class actions.
Remains one of the most interesting companies on the boards.
