Regulator ASIC has cancelled the licence of Sydney financial services provider Premier Wealth Management and banned its two authorised representatives after they "demonstrated prolonged, wide ranging and ongoing incompetence and lacked compliance mentality".
ASIC said the licence, which was held since June 2011, was cancelled because Premier failed to do all things necessary to ensure its services were provided "efficiently, honestly and fairly".
