As far as the '' show '' is concerned , it ain't over until the fat lady sings.
Both may be guilty of hyperbole on occasions , but underlying that , which bits are incorrect?
AMP holders may hope that they are wrong , but basically it is likely they will have to settle , the longer they don't, the more damage gets done , and the more likely there will be a capital raising .
The separation of private markets will have a hard time getting court approval without a resolution of the planners and other litigation.
