This was the agreed principle, practice and contract, even with modified contract terms to protect the advisers, over nearly two decades under 3 CEOs - Mohl then Dunn and then Meller. Ferrari did not change contract before taking action he did. Just imagine what happens if the former CEOs are questioned? What if they make it clear that Ferrari’s actions and therefore amp’s actions were completely at odds with the principles of the bolr agreement and statements to advisers by former execs? And that not only the contracts make it clear but prior statements do.

Now this is just my opinion, but I believe it will form part of the core case by the advisers.
